With Ace of Sales, you only pay for what you use. Your monthly subscription fee covers your account, which includes the full set of Ace of Sales features, video training, and sending personalized emails. Greeting Cards, Postcards, Gifts, and Ezines are paid for separately.

Q: Does Ace of Sales store my credit card info?

A: No. Your credit card information is stored with the industry leader Authorize.net. This offers you the highest level of security and peace of mind.

Q: Can I get receipts?

A: Yes. It’s easy to run reports on your fees and purchases in the “Account” area. Just click on “Financials” to view and print all details.

Q: Can I cancel at any time?

A: Yes! If you wish to discontinue using Ace of Sales, you can cancel your account and you will no longer be charged any fees. No refunds or credit will be given for partial subscription periods.

Q: Can I pay for my sales team’s accounts?

A: Yes. You can create sales team accounts for all your salespeople, pay for their subscription fees, and set their spending allowances.

Q: When do you charge me?

A: Your first subscription fee will be charged when you sign up. Then, for the monthly subscription option, you can choose to be billed on the 1st or 15th of the month. If you opt for the annual plan, you will be charged annually on the date you signed up. Separate purchases, like Ezines, Postcards, and Greeting Cards are charged to your credit card at the time the order is placed.
